· Customers coordination for past due balances in a prompt and professional manner by phone call and/or in writing

communication.

· Ability to check and follow up with internal departments for any disputed invoice, such as Accounting, Operations, and

Sales. Consequential actions are monitored closely;

· Ability to understand and discover for non-payments and to obtain payment commitment;

· Attention to customer queries related to their balances while providing reports, copies of invoices and/or any;

· Allocation of payment on a timely manner to ensure that customer’s accounts are up-to-date at any time;

· Ensuring thorough handling of Accounts Receivable report and month-end closing activities on time;

· Ensure compliance with requirements of local government relates to Accounts Receivable and Collection;

· Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills required to interface with customers and members of

other departments;

· Participate actively on all required team meetings.

· Monitoring of CWT and proper coordinate with customer.

· Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy

· Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.

· Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related field;

· Preferably experience in logistic/ freight forwarding environment;

· Must have at least 1 years experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections;

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office especially in Excel;

· Ability to work in fast-paced environment with high performance quality;

· Proactive and capable to handle of responsibility;

· Strong analytical skills and attention to details;

· Able to work under pressure
