Conduct industry and market research for global pharmaceutical and life science industry;
- Support investment banking transactions including: pitchbook preparing, roadshows, due diligence, business/asset valuation, investors relations, etc.;
- Business development activities to support for global client expansion;
- Publish industry reports (for analyst position only)
You will
- Work with top global entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, bankers etc.;
- Develop insights on key trends and life science technology;
- Gain exclusive working experience on licensing, M&A and investment advisory;
- Participate in regular training and team building.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
- Medical professional or medical background is preferred;
- Overseas education background or working experiences is a plus;
- Strong attention to details with well-developed analytical skills.
- Efficient with data-driven research and report writing;
- Passionate and knowledgeable about life science, venture capital and M&A
