Key accountabilities:

The key accountabilities for this role and those roles directly reporting to it are, but not limited to:

• Handle day to day banking activities.
• Review of Bank reconciliation on monthly basis
• Handle day to day general accounting.
• Preparing & Recording of Journals of Amortizations, Payroll, other.
• Prepare recurring journals and also analyze accruals
• Reconciliation of AR, bad debt, accounts receivable clearing account
• Inter co reconciliation and mismatch evaluation.
• Liaise and assist other finance staff within AP /AR/Payroll when reconciling Sub- ledgers
• Preparation of the AP / PO accruals
• To ensure proper recording of Fixed Assets and its reconciliation
• Ensure all cash/fixed asset/other balance sheet reconciliations are up to date.
• Prepare monthly closing binder / Balance Sheet Substantiation.
• Prepare schedules during FMC audit/Local audit.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Manager Finance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Commercial business partnering
• Sit with Country Associate Commercial Finance Director to work out client commercial deals, strategic pitch alignments, fee proposals /commercial development.
• Prepare and analyze commercial templates and RFPs and review for client commercial agreements/contracts;
• Control contracts to ensure agreed terms are compliant with Groupe policies;
• Commercial strategy, design thinking, and problem-solving
• Drive controls on client commercials along with timely actions.
• Proactively identifying areas to maximize value and profitability by driving commercial analysis
• Work with the business to identify key risks and opportunities and ensure these are mitigated
• Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle rush pitch requirements.
• With support from FP&A, provide analysis to the Business Leaders and provide insight into opportunities and risks.
• Strategizing for improving profitability by training on Margin management and commercial control
• To implement the commercial SOPs and ensure adherence.
• Quarterly client-level profitability reports; including adhoc cluster profitability simulations as requested,
• Resource/time-project reconciliation
• Client Fees and Contract Management, Monitoring, and Reporting
• Leads client audits.
• Other business unit or client-related ad-hoc reports as requested.
• Support the Country ACFD in other commercial finance initiatives.

The Key Accountabilities are, but not limited to:

• Manage completion within deadlines for all monthly financial statements & reporting functions in accordance with Group processes and policies. Group reporting packages include Actuals, CSR, Tax Packs, CCE, CBCR and etc)
• Ensure compliance with all Group Policies and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit and FMC requirements.
• Manage external audit, corporate taxes, GST, Witholding Taxes, statistical surveys and other statutory reporting matters, including liaison with relevant external parties.
• Build and manage relationship with agencies and other SSC teams.
• Provide advisory support and guidance for any accounting & taxes matters to agencies and other SSC teams.
• Support collaboration within Groupe and agencies which include agencies integration, legal entities reduction, Post Monthend & Balance Sheet Review and etc.
• Assist management on continuous improvement projects as appropriate that may arise on an ad-hoc basis.
