Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze and present financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for the company and report any discrepancies
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, conduct reconciliations, and ensure timely payment and collection
- Participate in the planning and execution of the company's financial strategies
- Use financial models to develop and evaluate possible investment opportunities
- Maintain an organized and accurate accounting system
- Keep abreast with the current accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
- At least 1 year of solid experience in accounting and finance roles
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial controls
- Experience using accounting software and intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel, Quickbooks, or Xero
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
