Position: Claims Analyst

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5PM CST
  Tuesday to Saturday 11 pm -7 am PHT

Salary Range: 800-1,500 usd/month

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and process medical billing claims accurately.
• Utilize Excel and Epic for data management and claims processing.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurers to facilitate claims resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement in claims management.

• Experience in medical billing and claims analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, and Vlookup, primarily) and proficiency in using Epic.
• Experience in Orthopedic Coding/Orthopedic denials.
• Management-level experience with a track record of progress in previous roles.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Working Hours : Monday - Friday | 7:00am-3:00pm CST or 8:00am-4:00pm CST

(subject to change, could potentially allow working PH hours after a few months but would start with CST working hours)

Salary Range : 1000 - 1500 USD

Duties and responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Work with Excel extensively to manipulate and interpret financial data.
• Provide insights based on financial analysis to contribute to strategic planning.

• Accurately enter and manage budget data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure budgetary goals align with overall objectives.

1. Virtual Assistance:

• Provide calendar assistance, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of appointments.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

• Proven of 2 years of experience in Financial Data Analysis
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office is required
• Mastery of Excel is required
• Willingness and capability to share knowledge and teach others, particularly in Excel.
• Familiarity with Appfolio is a plus, but not mandatory.
