Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant course
- Minimum of 1-2 years in AU Mortgage/ Lending experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer orientation
- High attention to details
What will you do?
- Accurately prepare the lender accreditation related documents for broker completion.
- Facilitate the completion of the accreditation documents for new and existing brokers within the network.
- Submit all, the required documents to the lenders with a focus on both speed and accuracy.
- Manage the accreditations process with both the brokers and lender to ensure broker accreditation are received in a timely manner and brokers are kept informed of their progress.
- Maintain the data integrity of accreditation related information with our customer relationship management system.
- Managed and respond to daily emails received through shared team mailboxes.
- Support and assist the onboarding team to ensure fast and efficient broker onboarding.
- Work with lenders and our Product ships team to ensure the network.is kept up to date with ant changes to lenders requirements or process.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding and Agreements team to continually work for ways to improved and develop the accreditation process to ensure we are following the best practice, and to drive these changes within the business.
