Job Description

Process management:

Responsible for management and coordination of overall operations for team handling Insurance Claims and Non Claims related activities, SLA delivery across all processes, quality and general administration

Team Management and People Development:

Lead & motivate the team and leaders ensuring their development through direct coaching/feedback wherever required.

Support learning and development initiatives, provide coaching and counselling, drive staff motivation and retention programs.

Effectively implement rewards/recognition, appraisal & incentive programs. Create cross-functional teams to drive versatility and encourage team building

Key Role

• Ensuring all business requirements are met within specified timeframes to maintain service level arrangements
• Ensuring team output is as per the set quality standards and there are zero to minimal escalations or breaches
• Engage and build strong relationships with relevant internal and onshore stakeholders to effectively handle any concerns or escalations
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to the leaders. Identifying training needs for leaders as part of roll road map
• Reviewing succession planning across all designations and working on any gaps identified
• Good understanding of the Quality and Training Framework and principles
• Familiarity with IT ways of working and experience in liaising between business and IT
• Reviewing progress on projects to meet client productivity delivery timelines

• Provide MEP cost management and control from inception, through design, pre-construction, procurement, construction to final account. 
• Carry out cost management and quantity takeoff duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
• To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide Cost plan and budget preparation including estimate, comparative design studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period.
• To ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed; validate the monthly payment claims and prepare payment recommendation for MEP related works/packages.
• To run the procurement process from all stages in pre-qualification such as quotation enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation
• Provide Documentation including Tender Document, Tender Report, Pre-contract correspondence, LOA and contract documents. 
• To monitor and verifying VO, Claims, Payment, Final Account and attending project meetings
• Provide CM role pro-actively and professionally and interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.

• Maintain the general ledger activity for multiple corporate companies, which includes recording operating expenses, preparing accruals, and validating GL coding for Accounts Payable postings.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and expense account analyses including detailed reviews of expenses and ensuring appropriate accruals are recorded.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly operating expenses variance analysis for multiple periods and provide concise insightful commentary.
• Analyze and explain quarterly balance sheet movements.
• Analyze quarterly operating expenses for 35+ cost centers, including how those costs get allocated to affiliates.
• Participate in the quarterly preparation and distribution of intercompany invoices to affiliate subsidiaries. Work with operating entity customers to explain the charges, including variances over periods.
• Support the delivery of accurate and timely services and reporting to affiliate client companies.
• Work on special projects including inactivating GL accounts, fixed asset subledger projects not limited to retiring fixed assets with zero book value, etc.
• Track legal, audit and other expenses.
• Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures, updating documentation as needed.
