ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct collections per contract and invoice terms by directly interfacing with customer and managing customer payment cycle.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, issues, and disputes timely and within established policies and procedures.

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Developer with strong coding and scripting abilities to join our finance systems team. This role involves the development, configuration, and support of our NetSuite ERP, including designing custom scripts, automations, and integrations to improve the system’s functionality for finance operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the accounting, finance operations, and FP&A teams to provide technical expertise and support across multiple time zones. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance ERP (“D365”) project life cycle including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
• Conduct client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the ERP solution.  Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents/ Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project.

Under the direct supervision of the Head of Systems and Operations/ Country Director, the Finance Manager is responsible for mission economy, mission’s compliance with PIN and donors’ financial and admin procedures and policies. Finance Manager directly manages a small finance team and continuously works on its capacity building.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial Management

As a member of the Country SMT:

·         quickly develops strong knowledge and expertise of PIN systems, policies, and procedures;

·         Responsibility for overall country program economy (preparation of operational budget and its regular update, cost allocation planning, proper budgeting, cash flow and cost efficiency monitoring, FX rate risk, etc.)

·         ensures that relevant accounting, financial and administrative management procedures and systems of the country program are in place and used appropriately;

·         provides training of these procedures and systems to project and support staff;

·         ensures that project and country spending monitoring tools are updated and available;

·         monitors project spending and sends early alerts if spending issues;

·         prepares with program leads the expenditure forecasts;

·         prepares internal and donor budgets’ realignments in line with policies and procedures;

·         provides regular financial overview and updates to country and project management;

·         prepares financial and project reporting to the donors and HQ;

·         verifies, corrects, and approves financial and expenditure reports of PIN project partners;

Accounting

Compliance
