Responsibilities

• Develop project cost estimates and budgets
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budget
• Analyze cost data and provide reports to management
• Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
• Review and approve project change orders
• Provide cost engineering support to project managers and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost engineering or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and cost control techniques
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the oil and energy industry is preferred
