• Main role is to deliver projects across the Philippines with expertise in fitout works, client-facing and able to lead a small delivery team
• Provide CSA cost management and control from inception, through design, pre-construction, procurement, construction to final account. 
• Provide a full post contract cost management service, assist with the costing of all changes and the management thereof, validate progress and payment applications and assist with the compilation of the final account.
• To conduct feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
• To apply Value Management techniques at the outset of a project and where appropriate involve Turner & Townsend’s specialist Value Management team
• To manage estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and present the final cost plan
• To ensure that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively
• To ensure the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to the client
• To ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed; validate the monthly payment claims and prepare payment recommendation for related works/packages.

• Responsible for total cost management of projects delivering positive outcomes for our clients including lead tender process.
• Carry out cost management and quantity takeoff duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
• To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide Cost plan and budget preparation including estimate, comparative design studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period.
• To run the procurement process from all stages in pre-qualification such as quotation enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation
• Provide Documentation including Tender Document, Tender Report, Pre-contract correspondence, LOA and contract documents. 
• To monitor and verifying VO, Claims, Payment, Final Account and attending project meetings.
• To produce monthly cost reports and financial reporting.
• Provide CM role pro-actively and professionally and interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
