About the job:
Role: Executive Assistant
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Overlapping EST & MST
Salary Range: US $1,500.00 per month (Dependent on your skills and experience)
About the Role:
In this unique combination role, you'll provide exceptional support to our executive team while also contributing to our marketing efforts. You'll manage the executive calendar, ensure smooth daily operations, and assist with various marketing tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executive Support
- Manage day-to-day email, calendar, and task management for senior executives, ensuring their schedules run smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Support
- Assist customers of our Estimator Marketplace with project submissions.
- Connect customers with construction estimators in our network, providing timely and effective support.
- Professional Communication
- Interface directly and professionally with outside clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing-related tasks, including customer outreach.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Immediate tasks anticipated for the candidate to fully own on week 1:
- Familiarize with existing email, calendar, and task management systems.
- Begin managing executive schedules and emails.
- Start assisting customers with project submissions and connecting them with estimators.
- Set up initial meetings with key team members to understand ongoing projects and customer needs.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Background in customer support and/or marketing roles.
- Has experience using collaboration tools like Office 365, Google Workspace and project management tools
- Excellent knowledge of English with minimal accent.
- Proactive and communicative, able to grasp tasks quickly.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling high-level executive tasks.
