Job Title: PowerBI Reports Creator & Data Analyst

Salary Range: $ 2500 USD/Month

Responsibilities:

• Reproduce and enhance existing reports within PowerBI.
• Demonstrate advanced expertise in PowerBI, including Data Flow, Direct Query, managing Multiple Data Sources, and setting up comprehensive Data Models.
• Utilize Excel at an advanced level to complement PowerBI functionalities.
• Interpret and apply SaaS industry standard metrics, such as Churn, Net Dollar Retention, and Lifetime Value, to real-world business scenarios.
• Translate management queries into actionable data models and insights.
• Propose and lead data-driven projects that align with business goals, providing comprehensive reports and analyses.
• Innovate and suggest new data projects to maximize business outcomes based on existing data.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a strong focus on PowerBI and Excel.
• Extensive knowledge of SaaS industry metrics and business analytics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to understand complex business logic and deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
• Knowledge and understanding of utilizing AI tools and systems for enhanced analysis

Position: Executive Assistant & Analyst

Working Hours: M - F 7am - 3pm CST

Holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day 

Salary Range: USD 1,200 to USD 1,300/month

About the Role:

VC firm and software consulting. Looking for a virtual assistant who can be trustworthy and discreet. The client handles lots of deals and doesn’t want any information being leaked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring email and creating a file structure for important/urgent items like tax, legal documents, etc.
• Filing emails for my attention and creating a task system to enable the urgent and/or important to be highlighted to me for action
• Managing the client’s calendar for possible overlaps or inconsistencies and coordinating reschedules (calendar management)
• Creating documents, proposals, and presentations off of verbal notes for review and approval
• Pulling data on personal budget to ensure accuracy on past spending

• Must be discrete, can keep and honor data confidentiality
• Detailed-oriented
• Design capabilities (a plus)
• Letters of recommendation and referrals (trust and loyalty is very important to the client)
• Proficient in English (writing/reading)
• MS Suite of applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Reviewing emails and detecting priority levels based on a rubric and logic
• Proficient in financial and data analysis
