The Risk Management Associate’s main responsibility is to assist in implementing the Information Security Management and Data Privacy Program across Aboitiz Foods. 

He/she will assist in maintaining a collaborative partnership with Aboitiz Foods Business Units (BU) and the AEV Risk Management Team in implementing existing and future ISMS and Data Privacy initiatives.

1. Assist in implementing the Information Security Management and Data Privacy Program across Aboitiz Foods.   
2. Assist in performing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), Vendor Due Diligences related to ISMS and DPMS, and Information Asset Management Registries as assigned. 
3. Assist in developing and implementing awareness activities, education, and training programs aligned with the organization's risk management philosophy and culture.
4. Inspect to ensure that processes are in place to protect the organization's information assets' confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
5. Assists in ensuring that processes comply with ISMS standards and related systems, policies, procedures, and processes and that they are up-to-date and complete.
6. Stays updated on the latest developments in information security management, data privacy security practices, quality, and technology through magazines/periodicals and attendance at relevant seminars and conferences

Others:

1. Actively participate in all company programs including other pillars of and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
2. Performs other tasks related to the job as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
3. Checks and updates the documentation of ISMS and data privacy policies, procedures and standard operating procedures in line with the Food Group’s standard documentation system.
4. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
5. Participates in current and futures business initiatives such as Partners in Leadership, Risk Management, Safety, ISO, Branding, 5S, etc.

About the role:
The Fraud & Risk Associate is responsible for delivering comprehensive, up-to-date and innovative risk metrics and tools to quantify and monitor risks. This role is required to evaluate customers to protect the company from financial risk, both during onboarding and continually throughout the customer lifecycle. 

The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for our wider teams for any concerns relating to financial risk, and provide high level service to our customers whilst mitigating potential risks to PI, customers and their clients.

What your day to day will look like:

• Assist with processing dispute evidence submissions on behalf of customers.
• Assist with training the customer-facing teams on fraud and disputes with regards to how our customers interact with our app.
• Assist with project work relating to the improvement of anti-fraud controls
• Assist with the creation of policies and procedures for the Company’s payment operations in conjunction with Stripe, including in the area of disputes and fraud
• Assist with risk reviews and other transaction processes
• Document new processes, ensuring any updates required are reflected in current process documentation
• Engage with other teams to gain understanding and further information on customers as necessary
• Provide and develop reporting
• Conduct reporting and monitoring of transactional data
• Escalate & communicate any fraudulent concerns identified in reporting data and slack channels. 
• Undertake remedial action to reduce any loss from suspected fraudulent activity

We are looking at the person to be the lead for a Tech/Telco + some FMCG clients in the Philippines. The person would be responsible for understanding the client business and translating the same into insights and new revenue for NielsenIQ. Also, integrating insights from across studies (qual and quant) to deliver value to the clients.

Business Development:

• Identify areas of opportunity for growth from existing clients managed
• Develop plans to cross-sell and introduce new services to current clients
  • Foster relationships at different levels and functions of the client organization (as applicable) to identify opportunities for incremental product/solution sales
• If possible, provide continuous feedback on competitive activities within assigned clients.

Client Servicing:

• Implement plans that will contribute to maximum client satisfaction and ensure continuous profitable and business growth.
• Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change
• Lead the client servicing team and work closely with operations to ensure our commitments are met.

• Own and lead Retail Measurement & Consumer Panel analytics and insights for a set of clients for a specific FMCG industry across a regional cluster 
• To coach and train insights associates within the assigned industry within their regional cluster 
• To own the planned/ad hoc category review presentations, by collaborating with Consulting (e.g. attending briefing session and check-in review sessions) and identifying workforce allocation within Insight Associates.  
• To own Thought Leadership output for the assigned industry within their cluster and partner with the Cluster Leader to drive Thought Leadership for their industry across all Asia. 
• Coaching and supporting performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to Consumer Packaged Goods clients around Asia
