Based in Pasay, the Philippines, this position is responsible for the oversight, execution and monitoring of ongoing implementation of the Ethics and Compliance Program in the Philippines and across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. This position will report to the Regional Ethics and Compliance Officer for SEA.

The core responsibilities for this role include:

• Implement and maintain a robust Prevention of Sexual Harassment Standard designed to comply with the Philippines’ legal requirements. Provide effective advisory and oversight on related PSHD compliance processes in the Philippines

• Lead Ethics and Compliance program agenda in collaboration with Site Leaders and Country Manager of the Philippines in maintaining a culture of high ethical standards and integrity

• Execute effective compliance due diligence activities under Visa’s global programs including AML, ATF, Sanctions as well as ABC, COI, PSHD and other compliance policies and procedures for the Philippines businesses and SEA based staff and clients. 

• Continually identify opportunities for efficiencies while ensuring sufficient controls are in place, partner with the business to drive process and control improvements

• Handle queries and provide subject matter advice on various Visa Compliance Programs from both internal and external stakeholders

• Work closely with Legal and Government Engagement to maintain an understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape including the support and maintenance of the legal and regulatory obligations inventory as it applies to Visa

• Support internal audits and regulatory requests, ensure satisfactory resolution of any audit findings and recommendations.

• Work with business and Product owners to ensure timely review, assess and manage Compliance risks for new products, business initiatives and value-added services offered to clients

• Perform AML and Sanctions due diligence and review of new products, participate in client meetings and conduct onsite review

• Deliver Compliance training and workshop sessions to staff across the region and participate in client meetings across the region

• Partner with Risk team for risk assessment exercises to ensure Compliance risks are addressed and collaborate with Legal team to address the regulatory requirements in the region

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Job Description

In this Communications Manager role, your responsibilities would be focused on internal communications for the Legal Compliance Risk and Assurance area (LCRA) as well as administrative support tasks for the General Counsel. You will be working closely with the Head of Internal Communications and supporting with internal communications matters for the LCRA business area – such as town halls, newsletters, blogs - with the aim to translate LCRA updates into engaging messages for our global colleague audience and cascading company-wide messages for LCRA colleagues. Your team

The Release & Configuration Manager will be working in the regional Release and Test Management team taking care of software releases for all Avaloq products supported by the regional business entity. You will be responsible for defined set of customers and support them during various SDLC phases and go live.

Your mission

• You will be involved in planning and rollout of various Avaloq products in the controlled environments.
• You will have end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of releases into the Live environments.
• Create and manage implementation plan, release meetings and production cutover.
• Accountable for release scope validation with project managers and delivery managers.
• Ensures technical validation of all releases are completed and reported for the Go Live.
• Responsible for software packaging, deployment and log analysis of Avaloq products.
• Document and educate the users on release, configuration, devops and deployment management best practices.

The Manager on the Analysis & Insights team is the senior contact for key clients and will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and facilitating the growth of the Analysis & Insights project team. This role will be focused on leading a team toward the generation of actionable insights, crafting of client presentations, building dashboards, and consulting with clients. The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring consultants, partnering with clients, and driving cross team collaboration.

This role will evolve to also cover oversight of web analytics infrastructure implementation resources and ensuring the technical resources are provided proper training and development of their client engagement skills.

Client Delivery

• Ensure the successful completion of the agreed upon project deliverables within statement of work (“SOW”) scope, time and budget with quality while consistently exceeding client expectations across all Merkle | Cardinal Path service offerings
• Act as a strategic advisor to the project team using a keen understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives, not only the current project
• Conduct regular client communication, expectation setting and management, as well as providing strategic direction
• Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to correct any scope/budget deviations.
• Act on the client satisfaction survey results for the portfolio, ensuring quality improvement plans are developed and executed

Practice Development & Mentorship

• Work with the lead responsible for the Analysis & Insights practice area to develop and grow that practice area by creating and cultivating lasting relationships with both clients and internal teams.
• Work with the members of the A&I team, from junior to senior to help them improve their understanding of the industry, improve their client communication skills, create professional development plans, and better understand how our A&I offerings fit into the big picture for our clients.
• Work with others to ensure collaboration across domains, to help proactively manage issues, and create overall plans for achieving annual and long-term goals.
• Work with the internal team and clients by helping the teams apply our thought leadership in ways that will deliver on our clients’ business goals in innovative ways.
• Ongoing practice and process development looking for ways to improve and streamline Cardinal Path’s processes to not only deliver a superior service to our clients, but also to improve our efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with North American technical leads to deliver training programs related to skills required for technical implementations.
• Have a working knowledge of how business requirements and measurement frameworks are translated to tagging solution strategies that will best serve client analytics and reporting needs.
