Reporting to the HR Manager, the Compensation & Benefits Supervisor will be responsible for:

Payroll Management:
Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, including entering data into payroll systems, calculating wages, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.
Review and validate timesheets, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

Employee Benefits Administration:
Administer various employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave monitoring/conversion, coop processing, and other company-sponsored and government-mandated benefits.
Enroll new employees in benefit plans, make changes to existing employee benefits, and ensure timely termination of benefits for departing employees.
Act as a point of contact for employees’ questions and concerns regarding their benefits.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and benefits records.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, such as tax filings, year-end forms, and summary reports for management.
Generate and analyze payroll and benefits reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure secure handling and storage of sensitive payroll and benefits data.

Compliance and Audits:
Ensure all payroll and benefits processes adhere to company policies and legal standards.
Assist in preparing for audits by providing required documentation and explaining payroll and benefits operations.
Stay informed about changes in payroll and benefits laws and regulations and update company practices accordingly.
Liaise and process necessary documents for government offices including SSS, PhilHealth, BIR, and PAGIBIG Fund as required.

Employee Communication and Support:
Provide excellent customer service to employees, helping resolve any payroll or benefits-related inquiries or issues promptly.
Conduct new employee orientations, educating them about payroll processes and benefits options.
Create and distribute communications regarding changes to payroll and benefits policies.

• You will implement SaaS solution onboarding for vendor restaurants
• You will focus to handle day to day operation or any administrative-related tasks and provide updates within a given timeframe, with quality and accurate output
• Your success comes with the high activation rate / usage on the system by the vendor
• Provide online and on-site support to vendor restaurants on table ordering system implementation and usage
• Visiting vendor restaurants and ensuring table ordering system implementation in place
• Provide training and guidance to vendor & BD team where necessary any other adhoc task required
• Handling more than 100 restaurants and conducting business reviews by providing guidance to the restaurant owner and operations staff

• Pricing Analysis:  Evaluate product and service pricing structures to ensure they align with production costs and market conditions. Provide insights on optimal pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Sales Data Analysis :  Provides comprehensive analysis on sales, channels and products/sku’s including related revenue mixed and key value drivers. Identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies
• Sales Transaction: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales transactions and its proper classification of revenue and sales-related expenses.
• Sales Order and Invoicing:  Collaborate with the Sales and Credit & Collection teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of customers for products and services delivered.
• Commission & Incentives Calculation:  Collaborate with Sales and Sales Support for the timely and accurate calculation and recording of commissions and incentives based on sales performance or commitments.
• Data Integrity:  Ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue and sales data by conducting regular audits and implementing data validation processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:  Assist in the development of revenue forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve revenue and sales accounting processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance cost-effectiveness throughout the organization.
• Management Reporting:  Ensure the timely, accurate and thorough preparation and submission of revenue and sales reports to management and related Balance Sheet schedules to support the preparation of financial statements. Highlight key insights, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations.
• Compliance and Regulations:  Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and financial reporting regulations. Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices related to revenue recognition and ensure adherence to relevant standards.

• Conveys the hotel's image and atmosphere by providing a warm and friendly welcome, being available and frequently visible in the hotel
• Manages, motivates and organises personnel in order to improve the quality and creativity of F&B services
• Develops strong relationships with guests with the aim of gaining their loyalty
• Uses creativity and innovation to facilitate commercial operations
