Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot Expert to join our team as an Onboarding and Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the process of onboarding onto the HubSpot platform and implementing it effectively to meet their specific business needs. Your expertise in HubSpot's capabilities, coupled with your strong communication and project management skills, will be crucial in ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Onboard & implement the HubSpot portal for new clients

•  Working with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS.

• Migrate data into HubSpot CRM, complete data mapping, and segment lists

• Use marketing automation and CRM to enhance the sales and marketing process.

• Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action, etc within the HubSpot platform.

• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc)

• Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers

•  Set up deal stages and pipelines

•  Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients.

• Develop tests and optimize results

About the job:
Role: Executive Assistant
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday, within 8AM to 7PM Pacific Time
Salary Range: US $1,500.00 per month (Dependent on your skills and experience)

About the Role:

In this unique combination role, you'll provide exceptional support to our executive team while also contributing to our marketing efforts. You'll manage the executive calendar, ensure smooth daily operations, and assist with various marketing tasks. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support
• Provide exceptional administrative support including handling email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
• Client Request Management
• Review client requests for quotes and ensure all necessary information is available.
• Prepare and deliver quotes to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes and follow-up activities.
• Customer Service
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the quote process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Immediate tasks anticipated for the candidate to fully own on week 1:

• Onboarding and training sessions.
• Setting up and familiarizing with the CEO’s calendar and scheduling tools.
• Reviewing client requests for quotes and initiating the quote preparation process.
• Initiating lead generation activities based on the provided ICP traits.
• Attending introductory meetings with key team members and stakeholders.
• Starting follow-up communications with existing leads and potential clients.

• At least 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant / Quote Coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Slack, Bonus: Superhuman, Google Agenda
• Background in sales support and operations.
