This role manages the overall quality of service delivery and daily operations

Position: 16907841027 - eCommerce & Amazon Marketplace Manager

Working Hours/Shift: M-F, TBD; 9am-5pm EST

Salary Range:  1300-1500 USD/month

Overview: 

As the eCommerce and Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will manage our storefront in both strategic and operational capacities, driving revenue and conversion goals specifically focused on Amazon. Responsibilities: 

● Work both strategically and tactically to scale our Amazon channel, optimizing our storefront to drive sales and conversion

● Lead and manage the eCommerce and marketing strategy for our Amazon storefront

● Define and implement a collaborative planning process to develop sales forecasts, plans and strategies

● Work to enhance site content, SEO and merchandising of product descriptions and data

● Generate and deliver weekly and monthly reporting, including sales, promotions, conversion, etc

● Analyze and interpret data to uncover successes and opportunities that will assist in delivering objectives

● Manage day-to-day Amazon operations including but not limited to creating & monitoring active product offerings, product ranking, inventory management, and enhancing our presence on Amazon.com

● Maintain & monitor product reviews and customer feedback to ensure a high seller rating, customer feedback scores, and account health, and provide a continuous feedback loop to Growth, Finance and Product team

Qualifications:

● 3-6 years of experience growing a DTC business on Amazon

● Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, make timely decisions, anticipate problems and adjust as priorities shift

● Team-oriented, collaborative worker while still being able to work independently

● Comfortable with solving for both business and customer challenges

● Familiarity with business issues, ability to quickly learn, and ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, unsolved problems, and uncertainty

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the cooks and kitchen helpers involved in the preparation of cold dishes, hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, salad, sandwiches, cold sauces and condiments for the hotels F&B outlets and banquet functions. To report for duty punctually wearing the proper kitchen uniform and name badge at all times.

As the Office Manager, you will be the linchpin of our daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across various departments. Main Responsibilities

• HR: Managing employee records, kick-starting the recruitment processes, addressing staff inquiries, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, ensuring performance reviews are completed on time, maintaining the company handbook, overseeing benefits renewals and benefits management, overseeing compliance with state and federal regulations, and other general HR-related tasks
• Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, booking travel, buying gifts, maintaining records, and assisting with research/lead generation projects
• Communication Facilitation: Act as a point of contact between different teams and external partners.
• Document Management: Prepare, organize, and store documents and reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a remote setting
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a remote setting
