What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Must be XERO certified
- Competent with Excel and Google Worksheets
- Knowledgeable in Bank Reconciliation
- Knowledgeable in Credit Card Reconciliation
Nice to Have:
- Other accounting/bookkeeping softwares
- MS Office
- Experience in AU Bookkeeping/ Accounting
- Invoicing
What will you do?
- Work closely with Operations, Sales and Customer Service Teams
- Bank Reconciliation
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Weekly Payroll for a small team
- Accounts Payable Management
- Accounts Receivable Management (not debt collections)
- Weekly Invoicing
- Weekly Commission Calculations
- Month End Procedures including accruals
- No Direct customer communication required
