Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Updating patient records in the system.           
• Rebilling medications accordingly.           
• Adding new patients or records in the system for every new facility that will start.           
• Calling facilities and insurance to get claims override           
• Researching for patient's insurance or eligibility           
• Emailing facilities to communicate medications for Prior Authorization 

• At least 6 months BPO experience in a Healthcare Account
• Proficient in using MS Tools (Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Excellent verbal & written English skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work onsite in MAKATI.
• Amenable working night shift.

Account specific roles & responsibilities:

• Doing outbound calls to verify the references of applicants as home health aide
• Calling MD's offices & clinics to inform about orders for signing or to return back.

Job Description:

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). 

• Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
• Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues 
• Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. 

• At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in a voice account
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
• Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Adaptability to a changing work environment  
• Ability to remain calm under pressure 
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
