Job Responsibilities:
• Provides medical services for the company, and coordinates with Hospitals and outside clinics.
• Administers first aid measures and gives immediate medical attention to sick and injured employees.
• Arranging Rapid Test and Swab Test for employees when necessary
• Establish health and safety programs • Responsible in dispensing medicine, Monitoring and inventory all medical supplies.
• With knowledge in processing and filling of SSS sick leave and other related mandated benefits.
• Responsible in receiving all HR Admin documents. • Accommodating employee’s concern.
• Assist applicant’s medical examination/ results for deployment.
• Responsible for the Annual Physical Examination Report/S.
• Assist in organizing company events, occasions, HR projects, and the like.
• Performs other HR functions as required by the department head and/or superior only after the appropriate training has been provided
•Monitor annual physical examinations and create a program based on the result
• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing must be a licensed Nurse.
• Preferably with 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training, First Aid, ACLS/BLS, and other OHS-related training
• Proficient in MS Office Application, Project Management, Database Administration, and People Handling
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety
• With basic knowledge in Admin/Human Resource Management
