The Admin & Company Nurse plays a dual role, combining administrative and facilities management responsibilities with healthcare services to promote employee well-being and workplace efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Healthcare Services:

• Provide first aid, medical care, and health counseling to employees.

• Creation of payment requisition requests related to the department.
• Handle company-related bookings and reservations (e.g., airfare, hotels, restaurants, transportation).
• Oversee company visa processing through partner agencies.
• Collaborate with HR to support health-related training and programs.
• Ensure the maintenance and functionality of the clinic and equipment.
• Maintains office inventories and trackers related to Admin and Facilities.
