Requirements

A SNAPSHOT OF THE ROLE

Clinical

• Takes vital signs of a patient employee who come for consultation such as taking their temperature and blood pressure, monitor and record their health condition.
• Assist the Doctor during consultation hours
• Prepares and administers first aid medicines to patient employee to treat them of his illness
• Administers first aid treatment on illness or accident before referring the employee to the hospital for further medical treatment
• Plans and recommends sufficient stocks of first-aid medicines and reasonable acquisition of necessary medical equipment and kits on a regular basis
• Coordinates with emergency personnel and hospital and other if emergency hospitalization is needed

The Account to Report (A2R) Supervisor will be responsible for the delivery of work of a certain cluster or sub-team under the Account to Report (A2R) function within the established policy and agreed service level. The Client Service Rep is responsible for providing support to clients of Compliance Services.  The Compliance Services team provide services to the pharmaceutical and med device industries.  Work including Transparency Support and Outsourcing, Grants Management, HCP Screening and Tiering, and HCP Contracting.  Our teams need to provide service that is very accurate, timely, and with good customer service. 

The Client Service Rep delivers work every day using our proprietary software.  For that reason, comfort using technologies is critical.  Detailed process orientation and superior communication skills is very important.  Experience with pharmaceutical compliance regulations is helpful but not required.  Experience with legal contract concepts is helpful.

• HCP Contracting

• After getting system generated requests, develop contract for HCPs using given templates.
• Communicate with the HCP regarding contracts, obtain signatures, answer questions.

About the Event Project Manager
