As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) of Publicis Groupe Philippines (PGP), you will play a pivotal role in shaping people's strategies and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. You will serve as a trusted advisor to agency leaders and employees, aligning HR solutions with business objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies. This role focuses on supporting the unique needs of creative talent, driving engagement, and nurturing a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with the HR Director/HR Lead and agency leadership to implement people strategies that support business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and innovative HR solutions to address workforce challenges and opportunities in the creative industry.
- Advise leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and succession planning.
2. Talent Management and Development
- Work with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to attract, retain, and develop top creative talent.
- Identify and support high-potential employees through career growth opportunities and targeted development programs.
- Assist in implementing initiatives like the New Blood Program, ensuring cross-capability talent alignment.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting an inclusive culture.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback and driving actions that enhance the employee experience.
- Build trust and foster open communication across all levels of the organization.
4. Performance and Change Management
- Support leaders and managers in executing performance management processes aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts and process updates.
- Partner with leadership to foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
5. HR Operations and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
- Guide workforce planning, compensation, and benefits, ensuring equity and alignment with company standards.
- Collaborate with HR shared services to efficiently execute HR operations and administrative tasks.
6. Culture and Well-Being
- Advocate for initiatives prioritizing flexibility, well-being, and work-life integration for PGP talents.
- Partner with leaders to champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) programs.
- Drive activities that reinforce Publicis Groupe's values and celebrate the unique contributions of its creative teams.
