Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:  

• Assist in preparing support letters, visa applications and collect documents required to file work permits and visas.  

• Provide supporting documents and letter of support to third party PEOs we hire in various countries to support our team member mobility.  

• Perform performance appraisals and update records & issue contracts for team members. 

• Setup and organize team building events. 

• Perform orientations, onboarding, and update Human resource system with new hires. 

• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in the HR System and ensure compliance requirements are met;    

• Coordinate training sessions and seminars. 

• Handle HR-related inquiries or requests and resolve members’ concerns, and respond to requests for help, certifications 

• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity including attrition data. 

• Support the performance management processes for Unify Dots team members by tracking appraisals including sending the performance appraisal form and ensuring it is completed in a timely manner. 

• Track work anniversaries, team member’s birthdays and send anniversary & celebratory emails. 

• Handle terminations and exit formalities. 

• Audit team member equipment to ensure compliance of equipment with required software. 

• Other related HR, administration immigration and visa management tasks as required.

1. Aiding the company to automate HR processes through software programs. 

• Handle internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance; this includes team members’ concerns, requests for help, and certifications.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in the HR System and ensure all employment requirements are met;  
• Assist Management in performing Performance Appraisal procedures and updating & issuing contracts for team members;  
• Schedule and or Facilitate meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team’s agenda; may include coordination of gifts and materials for events or operations.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars;  
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity including attrition data;  
• Track work Anniversaries and send anniversary & celebratory emails; 
• Handle terminations and exit formalities;  
• Ensure there is compliance with labor laws in the Philippines and outside if required. Advise management of changes to policies needed to ensure compliance;
• Audit Employee and team member equipment to ensure compliance with required anti-virus, Windows updates, and other end-point security software.  
• As needed: Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.;  
• As needed: Perform orientations, onboarding, and update Human resource system with new hires;  
• Other related activities 

Responsibilities  

Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership to the HR, immigration and recruitment team and ensure there is a daily meeting cadence to review work and provide clear actions.
2. Oversee and manage the HR system and ensure all records are maintained there. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in the HR System and ensure all employment requirements are met. Ensure the HR system is reflective of the quality of a IT company with a high degree of automation.
3. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance;
4. Lead the Performance Appraisal procedures for Team members;
5. Ensure there is high quality of training sessions and seminars held under the Unify University program and review the presentations ahead of them being conducted;
6. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity including attrition data, diversity and ;
7. Provide guidelines and ensure compliance on the process for hires, promotions, compensation increases, terminations and exit formalities;

10. Managing Payroll and benefits for our team members including the renewal of benefits in all the key markets where we have benefit plans
11. Ensure there is compliance to labor laws across the geographies we are in. Advice management of changes to policies needed to ensure compliance and draft changes to the policies for review.
12. Enhance the HR management system to capture employee complaints, request for help, and certifications of employment. Ensure these are responded to within a 1 working day SLA
13. Audit Employee and team member equipment to ensure compliance with required anti-virus, windows updates and other end-point security software.
14. Roll up your sleeve as needed for the following and other tasks
    • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.;
    • Perform orientations, onboarding, and update Human resource system with new hires;
    • Perform team member appraisals including those of the HR, Recruitment, Immigration and talent team
