• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the field of talent and market intelligence.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a solid understanding of recruitment processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
