As the HR Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, HR compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize 201 files of all employees.
• Service invoice receiving. Coordinate with freelancers regarding the missing service invoice and errors on it.

• Monitor the issued memos among Employees. Maintain sanction tracker and ensure it is updated.
• Provide support in employee engagement activities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative role is an advantage. With at least 1 to 2 years of HR experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Personnel, Payroll Administration

- Coordinate the business process outsourcing payroll and ensure a timely and correct payroll administration of employees and team members in designated country. Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of up to date internal descriptions of payroll administration processes. Manage local HR related audits.
