The Assistant Manager - HR provides visible, accessible and trusted human resources support for designated management and employees throughout the designated countries, such as recruitment, selection, induction, payroll, performance management, people and organisational development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Act as HR lead on Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations & Payroll for APAC region.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Personnel, Payroll Administration

- Coordinate the business process outsourcing payroll and ensure a timely and correct payroll administration of employees and team members in designated country. Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of up to date internal descriptions of payroll administration processes. Manage local HR related audits.
- Ensure a timely and correct personnel and payroll administration of employees in APAC region.

2. Compensation & Benefits

- Implement, review & administer policies, processes and tools (related to such as insurances, pension, staff handbooks terms and conditions, annual compensation reviews and bonus processes).
- Maintain an up to date and coherent Job and Reward framework (job profiles, job levels, job titles, job families, C&B packages, variable pay programs) based on internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Support to manage ongoing employee compensation programs including annual compensation reviews, promotion cycles, salary proposals, and bonus programs in the region.
- Provide support in preparing job offers, promotions, transfers and dismissal cases.
- Ensure up to date publication of C&B policies, processes and tools on the HR Portal. Provide information sessions for managers and employees.

3. Human Resources Business Partner

- Provide support to management in recruitment, selection, induction and retention of new hires with Omron DNA within a pre-defined process, timeline and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate and support management in the performance management cycle processes across the region regarding performance development reviews, performance improvement activities, mid year reviews, personal development planning, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Support management in identifying development needs and facilitate development activities (on individual, team and organisational level).

4. Ensure and maintain all regulations of Company to keep in line with government regulations, to avoid the existence of issues that can disrupt the stability and operations of the Company and establish a positive employer-employee relationship.

5. Contribute in developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing HR strategies, policies, processes, instruments, systems and KPI's.

6. Participate in and lead HR projects as defined in the annual HR action plans.

The Regional HR Manager is responsible for establishing and overseeing all HR functions across the NGO’s operations in Taiwan, Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia. The Human Resource Generalist is primarily responsible for providing HR administrative support as well as data mining and analysis of various HR data. He/ She will also be responsible for timekeeping by closely coordinating with payroll in maintaining an accurate record of hours worked by each employee, and as HR Helpdesk support to answer employee concerns and needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Timekeeping Administration:

• Gather timekeeping records of employees for review.
• Analyze timekeeping records of employees and ensure its accuracy.
• Update and edit timesheets including leave management.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to verify timekeeping inputs, if needed.
• Report to the HR/Payroll the overtime and leave applications not reflected in the system for proper crediting.
• Attend to, investigate and implement necessary actions to address timekeeping-related problems of employees.
• Regularly monitor the activity of the timekeeping system to ensure that it is up and running and coordinate with Payroll on a regular basis.

Data, Metrics and Helpdesk:

• Resolve HR Helpdesk tickets in the HRIS System on a timely manner within SLA and on a professional manner.
• Manage employee data from shared folders/ excel data into our company’s HRIS.
• Identify and solve any data entry-related issue.
• Maintain and update the database and regularly eliminate duplicate data.
• Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
• Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
• Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems.
• Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers.
• Coordinate HR projects and take minutes.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned, as necessary.

• At least 1-2 years of professional human resources required with experience in timekeeping and cloud-based Human Resources Information system preferred
• Must be college graduate with proven work experience in timekeeping and as HR Generalist. BPO experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

The Talent Experience Specialist will manage the Consultant/Contractor experience throughout the duration of the assignment and will proactively manage communication related to essential job functions.  The Talent Experience Specialist is responsible for ensuring our consultants receive superior support in relation to all job-related questions, concerns, or issues. The Talent Experience Specialist will work with all appropriate Allegis Operating Company (OpCo) support teams to address Consultant/Contractor questions and requests. 

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Introduce the Communities and Mobile App WIIFM to consultant – activate profile while on call
• Introduce Consultant/Contractor Care Survey NPS Program
  • Use script for Onboarding, Check-in and Offboarding Surveys
• Discuss open End Date Review, Job Inquiry, Refer a Friend Cases from Communities Site & Mobile App
• Partner with Talent Experience Team to drive service in supporting accounts.
• Weekly call with Talent Experience Team in US to stay on top of cases, consultant issues, etc.
  • Reinforce what is working well, address what is not
• Engage in monthly Service Touchpoints with the consultants
  • Use STP scripts
• Directing Consultants/Contractors to Communities within Connected when receiving referrals
• Communicate with peers by sharing “best practice” and providing accurate, thorough documentation on consultants in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools (i.e Connected)
• Subject matter expert in the Talent Experience Program
• Utilizing Connected real-time to document all Consultant/Contractor communication

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Organizational Psychology or any related courses.

-Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Coordinator.

-Work experience related to the position in a BPO company is a plus.

-Has solid understanding of recruitment end-to-end process.

-Has experience with interviews(phone and in-person), candidate screening and evaluation.

-Has hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.

-Must be knowledgeable with labor legislation.

-Must be knowledgeable in managing social media recruitment campaigns and job platforms.

-Must be updated on current recruitment trends and events.

-Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

-Must have strong decision-making and team management skills.
