About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The HR Intern will assist with various HR tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and events
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
• Provide general HR support as needed

What We Need

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate

The HR intern is expected to do the following:

• Maintain and monitor OJT DTRs of current OJTs
• Updates OJT Directory file on a timely basis
• Receives & files new hire's pre-employment requirements
• Receives & files OJT requirements
• Checks inventory of supplies (PPEs, new hire kits, lanyard, bond paper, folders, etc.)
• Prepares NDAs to be notarized and endorse for errands
• Prepares IDs of new hires & OJTs
• Leads in the activation of call tree among OJTs (when needed)
• Monitors e-learning compliance checklist
• Updates HR cabinets location (201, supplies, etc.)
• Scans, photocopies, and shreds files as requested
• Maintains integrity and confidentiality at all times
• Participates in generic company activities (TGIM, Pahina, CSR, etc.)
• Provides assistance during company events, trainings, or seminars 
• Provides assistance to HR as may be required

Your key tasks 

• Support in maintenance of Employee Personnel Files
  • Ensure that employee documents are deleted/removed according to Avaloq Global Retention Policy
  • Ensure pre-employment documents are maintained/stored in Personnel Sharepoint Folder.
  • Uploading pertinent documents in employee E-dossier in SAP
• Support in Onboarding Activities
  • Support in monitoring pre-employment requirements for New Joiners
  • Sending of Onboarding Invite to new Joiners (sending of Calendar Invites only. Onboarding Agenda and Welcome Email)
• Support in Offboarding Activities
  • Schedule and confirm Exit interviews with Leaver employee/s (sending calendar invites only)
• Assist with Government Statutory reporting or any related report (as needed)
  • Prepare Philhealth ER-2 enrolment
• Participate in HR Operations Meetings (Bi Weekly, TRILA etc)
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions  and process improvement initiatives

Position Summary:

The HR OD Intern will collaborate closely with the Organizational Development team to support performance management programs, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to various OD-related activities. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fields of organizational development and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management

• Maintain and regularly update performance management documents.

• Ensure the microsite contains all necessary learning content and aligns with branding standards.

What will your normal day look like? 

1. HRIS Enrollment for new hires
2. 201 filing (Contracts, Certificate of Completion, NPAs, Termination List and Attachments.
3. Auditing of 201 file of previous employees
4. Assistance in request for updates on details in HRIS.
5. Additional manpower for the HR team that can assist in ramping, events, and other support needed.
6. Collating of Cocolife supporting documents for dependents enrolment

Other task to be assigned by Engagement and HR Team 

Main Responsibilities:
