Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform end-to end recruitment for our team in the Philippines and in the US.

• Deliver regular updates to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development regarding the status of recruitment.
• Administer compensation and benefits plans.

• Contribute to the oversight of newly hired employees' PTO and Sick Time enrollments.
• Assist the HR department in formulating effective training and development strategies for the workforce.
• Provide HR with support in managing grievances from employees.
• Assist in monitoring and organizing the performance evaluation schedule for every employee. And coordinate the evaluation schedule with the department in charge.
• Assist the department managers in the process of issuing disciplinary actions.

Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• At least 1-year experience handling IT services in either USA, UK, or AU.

What will you do?
