About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical HR Generalist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to contribute significantly to our HR function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in HR processes, documentation, and data analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of HRIS systems, proficiency in Excel, and a strong connection with government agencies such as SSS and Pag-ibig.

Responsibilities:

• HR Process and Documentation:
• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• HRIS Management:
• Manage and optimize the HRIS system, including data entry, updates, and reporting.
• Design and implement workflows to streamline HR processes.
• Extract and analyze HR data to generate reports and insights.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze HR data, identify trends, and generate meaningful reports.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Develop and implement innovative employee benefit programs.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
• Government Agency Relations:
• Maintain strong relationships with SSS and Pag-ibig.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee contributions and reports.
• Stay updated on government regulations and compliance requirements.
• Other HR Functions:
• Provide support to employees on various HR-related matters.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
• Experience in HRIS systems and workflow setup
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

As the HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources operations across the Asia-Pacific region. The candidate must be able to provide strong administrative support in these areas to achieve positive employee experience and help deliver our ambitious transformation people strategy that enables the long-term growth and performance of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, conducting assessments, and making job offers
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, statutory benefits, and leave policies
• Assist with the administration of the full spectrum of the employee life cycle process from hiring/onboarding to separation/offboarding
• Process employee payroll, including salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
• Assist in facilitating employee relations and engagement programs, including performance management and conduct
• Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations across the APAC region and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Serve as point of contact for employee queries on policies and benefits
• Work in collaboration with the wider global HR team in the delivery of the role

Work Schedule:

• Dayshift with occasional mid-shift for global office coordination
• Willing to work in Cebu City. Please note that this is an office-based position.
• Monday to Friday (excluding Philippines Public Holidays)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRDM, Psychology or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR Generalist role with a focus on Asia-Pacific region particularly Philippines, Singapore and/or Hong Kong
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in various APAC countries
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven experience in managing various HR facets in recruitment, benefits, payroll and/or employee relations
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
