THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and Hiring Managers in a timely manner.
• Work on optimisation of recruiting processes and practices— you will run point on improving the recruiting experience in areas relating to your expertise and interest.
• Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements.
• Manage Globant’s Applicant Tracking System; this includes candidate maintenance, scheduling interviews, monitoring interviewer feedback, initiating the offer process, etc.
• Source passive talent for current open roles and build talent pipelines for future challenging, hard to close recurring roles across the APAC.
• Research various talent markets, identifying talent demographics/shifts.

• The Sr. Analyst, Global HR Technology Solutions (Workday) will be a key contributor, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.
• Leverage deep expertise in Workday configuration to deliver solutions in one or more functional areas of HR, creating operational efficiency and delightful employee experiences.

• The successful candidate will serve as the client-side subject matter expert in one or more functional areas of Workday (HCM, Talent optimization, Compensation, Absence, Reporting & Analytics).
• S/he will partner with our global implementation team of both SGS and third party stakeholders to design, configure, test and deploy Workday
• As we transition to post go-live operations, accountabilities will include:
  • Responsible for the functional configuration and management of Workday on one or more Workday Functional Areas as a subject matter expert.
  • Delivers new requirements and continuous improvement of system configuration and user experience following an Agile Methodology. Will participate in Sprints or take the role of Scrum Master on a scheduled basis.
  • Acts as an escalation point and works towards resolution of defects in configuration.
  • Champions innovation and system stability during the bi-annual feature release of Workday.
• Stands as a trusted partner of HR Operations and/or Centers of Excellence by managing stakeholders and collaborating with them towards the success of projects.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our talent acquisition strategy by providing valuable insights into the talent market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and a keen analytical mindset to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, emerging talent pools, and competitive intelligence.
• Analyze data to provide insights on talent supply and demand dynamics, industry benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
• Providing insights and recommendations on talent market topics, including existing and potential roles, skills and experience in demand, and talent availability in key markets.
• Monitor and analyze various talent strategies to identify areas of opportunity and industry benchmarks.
• Create and maintain regular reports on talent market trends, presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
• Develop detailed talent maps for key roles, including skill sets, experience levels, and geographical considerations.
• Work closely with the talent acquisition team to align market insights with recruitment strategies.
• Provide guidance on sourcing strategies based on market dynamics and talent availability.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the field of talent and market intelligence.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a solid understanding of recruitment processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
