About the role

First Circle’s people team is not a typical HR department. Your goal in this role is to create an environment where the best talent in country can thrive alongside international staff. The role will require a person who can innovate and create an exceptional experience for our people whilst delivering the basics exceptionally well. We take HR as seriously as any other business challenge, and the successful candidate will have the potential to grow their responsibilities and impact our mission dramatically from day one.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the People team with tasks and initiatives related to:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that provide a positive employee experience while complying with PH labor laws.
• Managing Employee data and our HR Information system to understand our employees better and to ensure we put in the right initiatives that will allow the team to hit People Metrics.
• Ensuring First Circle has a work environment (physical and online) that is conducive to productivity.
• Maximizing employee engagement through team events, perks, and benefits.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Experience of at least 2 to 5 years in a high volume, transactional technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience in working with enterprise-level accounts.
• Thorough understanding and practical use of LinkedIn Premium search; knowledge of SEEK Talent search and Jobadder experience is highly advantageous.
• A true passion for connecting with people and identifying exceptional talent for our clients.

Nice to Have:

• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Experience in Australian Market
• Proficient in using Boolean, Xray, and LinkedIn

What will you do?

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards i.e. Seek, Seek Talent and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Screening and Assessment: Evaluate candidate resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for available roles.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Job Posting and Advertisement: Write and post job advertisements to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Talent Pool Management: Maintain an active and organized database of potential candidates to match future openings.
• Coordination and Scheduling: Arrange interviews between candidates and clients and manage the interview process effectively.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant recruitment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Feedback and Negotiation: Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients, negotiate salaries, and manage job offers.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness, providing reports to the management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding processes.
