We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Talent Administrator to join our busy team, to support initiatives around our global training strategy. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an efficient, accurate and high-quality day to day operational training service to our employees and timely and proactive administrative support to our Talent & HR colleagues. You will be passionate about learning and development, inspiring and supportive, enabling our people to reach their full potential.

You will support the development and delivery of organisation's talent development programmes (check out our award winning PowerU) and digital L&D strategy and promote a culture of self-directed learning to support the delivery of IQ-EQ’s vision and people & culture agenda.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

• Support day to day training administration of all training events via our Learning Management System (MyCampus), scheduling events, issuing invites (and communications where required), tracking and confirming attendance ensuring always that data is accurate and up to date
• Manage the training administration process that supports the efficient running of CPD and other training activities across the Group
• Provide a front-line email and telephone service to the Group dealing with all training related queries, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Obtain the required data and complete the production of the quarterly training MI and activity
• Collaborating with suppliers to set up and manage external training events, including all correspondence with participants and facilitators.
• Support the global Embark induction programme, ensuring a tailored approach and a first-class experience for all new starters and their managers

We are seeking a TALENT DELIVERY ADMINISTRATOR to polish CVs, craft candidate briefings, schedule interviews, and ensure data integrity. 

This is a full-time role, from 6:30 am - 3:30 pm, Mon-Fri, Dayshift. 

This is a work-from-home position. 

The expected start date is February 2024. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The role of a Talent Delivery Administrator is to support the company’s Recruitment Team and Delivery Team in the presentation of exceptional technology candidates to the company’s clients. The career path of a Talent Delivery Administrator can progress into either Lead Talent Administration or to Talent Delivery Specialist role or other specialized admin positions such as Finance and Marketing.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• CV Preparation
• Format candidate CVs using Qwilr and PDF to company’s standard timelines and quality.  
• Prioritise CV preparation using P1, P2, P3 framework.  
• Overseeing and responsible for quality of CV prep of other Recruitment Administrators.  
• Marketing  
• Build new Candidate Briefing documents using the company’s research and brief from consultant.  
• Use Canva to update branding and client materials, build presentations, banners etc.  
• Monthly clean-up and organisation of Qwilr folders.  
• Quarterly updates to consultant bios on Qwilr (including gathering testimonials).  
• Creation of new Consultant bios on Qwilr.  
• Recruitment Administration  
• Schedule candidate interviews with the Recruiting Team ensuring a smooth recruitment process as needed.  
• Ensure accurate documentation and information in Vincere.  
• Any other administration tasks in line with the Talent Delivery Administrator role.  
• Company  
• Promote the company’s mission and guiding principles.  
• Adherence to client’s Policies and Procedures.  
• Participate in the review of operational processes and provide ideas.  
• Systems  
• Ad hoc Vincere (database) projects relating to data integrity.  
• Daily formatting check of live ads on company job board and Seek.   
• Monthly data gathering activities for system usage and operations reviews.  
• Communication
• Proactively communicate with everyone in the company 
• Attend and contribute to all team meetings as required. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource or similar. 
• Minimum 2+ years administration experience  
• Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems with ease.  
• Understanding Qwilr and Canva is ideal or a keen willingness to learn.   
• High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, in a fast-paced, complex process-driven industry environment. 
• Strong sense of accountability and reliability to produce quality output in line with legislation and internal processes. 
• Excellent verbal and written English and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.  
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
