Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates across various platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and facilitating candidate assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
• Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Create a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring processes and make data-driven recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strengthens partnership with external sources by conducting onsite visits and meetings.
• Uploads Manpower Requests in Workday Recruiting. Manages and maintains in-house recruitment system .
• Employs hiring strategies to attract and invite potential candidates.
• Conducts initial screening of all applicants to determine their suitability for the position applied.
• Administers pre-employment exams and informs all concerned of the status accordingly. Endorses qualified positions to Hiring managers.
• Ensures that pre-employment documents are valid and complete. Completes required data field information of new hires in Workday prior start date. Facilitates on-boarding program to all newly-hired employees.
• Monitors status of Interns and Project based employees. Provides hiring and attrition reports as needed.
• Prepares employment contract of newly-hired Operators

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field of study
• Prior experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing preferred
• Working knowledge on Psychometrics and Selection Interviewing
• Background on Workday Recruiting
