Key Responsibilities:

• Post and update job ads across multiple job portals and conduct passive sourcing to attract potential candidates.
• Upload, screen, and review CVs from LinkedIn and other job boards to match job qualifications.

• Send Pre-Employment requirements to new hires and ensure that their requirements are completed prior to the start date.
• Track and update candidate progress.

• Stay informed about the latest recruitment and talent engagement trends and best practices.

• Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, that will be a member of Global Business Services Talent Acquisition Team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, including arranging candidate interviews, and communication with interview members.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their status and gathering necessary information.
• Conduct initial resume and application reviews to ensure alignment with job requirements and qualifications.
• Collation and follow-up of pre-employment requirements records of successful candidates in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
• Sends out the onboarding schedule of upcoming hires.
• Help coordinate and participate in recruitment initiatives and other Talent Acquisition engagements.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Point of Contact of new hires on Day 1.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience of at least 1 year in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably within recruitment.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Very good written and verbal English skills.
• Experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Basic understanding of the recruiting process.

• Working closely and cross-functionally in the Merkle | Cardinal Path Team, the Resource Coordinator plays a pivotal role in helping to maintain internal business operations.
• This position requires a general technical background, business knowledge and strong time management skills.
• The ability to manipulate data within reporting tools is required. It is important for this person to possess excellent people skills to routinely interact with others within the Resource Management department and organization.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date administrative tasks and system updates relating to supply and demand.
• Actively engage in pre-delivery resourcing bookings and tasks, participating in Resource Management & Department team meetings.
• Accomplishes business objectives by improving, maintaining, and enforcing resourcing processes and procedures.

4. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
5. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
7. Assess applicants’ relevant skills, knowledge, experience and aptitudes
8. Facilitate recruitment and system specific training amongst managers.
9. Liaise with Business Partners and managers to determine requirements and specific role objectives.
10. Analyse and create objectives to shorten current time to hire and be able to advise on time to hire for each role.
11. Support People Experience Admin function and administer UK benefits where needed.
12. Source and assess candidates suitability for open roles and create a talent pool for future role openings.
13. Manage Proactis’ ATS and be an expert in providing support for hiring managers.
