This role involves managing the entire recruitment process for Early Careers requisitions, ensuring that the agreed business demands are met annually. As part of a virtual, global team, the role will collaborate with AECOM's regional Early Careers Talent Acquisition teams responsible for engaging and guiding all stakeholders through proactive, solution-focused approaches.

Responsibilities & Duties

End-to-End Recruitment:

• • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for early career positions (internships, apprenticeships/cadetships, graduate roles), from job posting through onboarding.  Requisitions may be high in volume and fast paced at certain times.
  • Build excellent relationships with hiring managers to define their recruitment needs and candidate profiles.

Education:

• Proven experience in setting up and implementing HR systems and strategies from the ground up.
• Experience in hiring, developing, and managing an HR team.
• Familiarity with HR practices and labor laws in Taiwan, Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia is highly desirable.

Senior Manager of HR Technology

Primary Responsibilities    

• The Manager of HR Technology (Workday) Services will be a key leader, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.
• The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of Tier 2 analysts to fulfill critical client-side roles in our Workday implementation, while simultaneously developing our knowledge and capability to deliver outstanding support and service to stakeholders and end users for post go-live ownership of the Workday solution.
• During implementation, this leader will serve as the Workday Testing Lead, including the development of test strategies and plans, coordination of testing activities, development of KPIs, education of testers, and partner to both internal and third party Workday experts to ensure proper defect resolution and re-testing of the Workday solution.

Specific Responsibilities   

• As we transition to post go-live operations, accountabilities will include: Maintain Tier 0 support documentation for the Workday solution.
• Evaluate services request volume and trends, and leverage data to prioritize additional training needs and process improvements in Workday.
• Assist Regional HR Technology managers with continuous improvement at Regional level to reduce number of escalations required. Manage regression testing and new feature adoptions in Workday quarterly releases.
•  Supervise work and manage performance of Tier 2 analysts. Establish KPIs and implement continuous improvements in processes and team performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The HR Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the overall HR functions of an organization. He/she oversees the recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration; HR Policy and Procedure Implementation and review, training and development, compliance to regulatory bodies, performance appraisal management and consults with the executive for strategic planning and serves as a link between an organization’s management and employees.

Responsibilities:

• The Sr. Analyst, Global HR Technology Solutions (Workday) will be a key contributor, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.
• Leverage deep expertise in Workday configuration to deliver solutions in one or more functional areas of HR, creating operational efficiency and delightful employee experiences.

• The successful candidate will serve as the client-side subject matter expert in one or more functional areas of Workday (HCM, Talent optimization, Compensation, Absence, Reporting & Analytics).
• S/he will partner with our global implementation team of both SGS and third party stakeholders to design, configure, test and deploy Workday
• As we transition to post go-live operations, accountabilities will include:
  • Responsible for the functional configuration and management of Workday on one or more Workday Functional Areas as a subject matter expert.
  • Delivers new requirements and continuous improvement of system configuration and user experience following an Agile Methodology. Will participate in Sprints or take the role of Scrum Master on a scheduled basis.
  • Acts as an escalation point and works towards resolution of defects in configuration.
  • Champions innovation and system stability during the bi-annual feature release of Workday.
