The Internal Recruitment (TAP) team in Manila is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and attracting the best people into Allegis Global Solutions across the entire APAC region and Recruitment Sourcing Specialists are a critical part of the success of our business.

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting suitable candidates. In this role, you will have a strong focus on direct sourcing, so you will need to be comfortable with headhunting and engaging passive candidates. Purpose:

The Recruitment Specialist will help screen, identify, hire, and onboard candidates. He or she will take part in Recruitment Operations and work hand in hand with our Talent Acquisition Delivery and Marketing team in delivering the best talents. About the job:

The role is responsible for successfully coordinating all activities related to Client/Staffing Assistant schedules and staffing open shifts.  They are also responsible for spending part of their time conducting Staffing assistant interviews and assisting HR Coordinator with Staffing Assistant activities.

During the on-call periods in the evening, the role would be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handling issues with our employees who are on shifts, as well as doing file-audits. Duties and responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner
• Create and maintain client and Staffing assistant schedules with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships.
• Monitor, mediate, and log all client and Staffing assistant activity utilizing the software system.
• Follow up with all client and Staffing Assistant issues to ensure their problems are resolved.

• Any experience with the software Wellsky (formally ClearCare) would be great, but not required
• Familiarity with Ring Central (phone system) is a plus but not mandatory.

As an HR Specialist, you will be part of a team delivering an excellent HR service to the GCD Philippines Cluster. Within this role you will act as the first port of call to employees for all HR related queries, ensuring the needs of our people are being met.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

Payroll

• Prepare payroll instructions to be submitted to the payroll provider
• Calculate pro-rated salary for new hires, resigned employees, and employees on leave
• Ensure payroll computation is accurate including the deductions for statutory contributions, statutory loans, company loans, and HMO, if applicable
• Ensure payroll is released on time
• Calculate final pay of resigned employee and ensure that it is released within the timeline prescribed by law
• Ensure compliance with local payroll, wage, and hours laws, and best practices
• Coordinate with payroll service provider on issues affecting company payroll
• Ensure payroll-related concerns, queries and issues are resolved and responded promptly

Benefits Administration

• Manage timely administration and delivery of the day-to-day Benefits functions both company initiated and statutory
