Chevron is accepting online applications for the HR Data Management Processing Representative position through March 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Learning the functionalities of Workday, SAP and ServiceNow
Executing the Personnel Actions in Workday and SAP such as Hire, Employee Movements and Separation, in line with existing policies and procedures, assuring the data quality maintenance and timely delivery.
Liaising with Local HR and Supervisors as required to complete the case.
Sharing best practices within the team, improving the current process, and participating in data management-related initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses
Preferably with SAP, ServiceNow and Workday experience
Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; at least one year work experience related to HR Data Management is an advantage.
Flexible to work in shifting schedule including nightshift
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations:
Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
