Role Overview:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and securing top-tier software engineering and AI talent to support our continued growth. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while helping our team scale operations and innovate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers regarding candidate progress.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
2. Employer Branding & Outreach
• Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Partner with marketing to create engaging content that showcases our culture and career opportunities.
• Leverage social media to amplify the company employer brand.
3. Market Research & Analytics
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to advise on competitive hiring strategies.
• Use data to optimize recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
4. Process Improvement
• Continuously refine recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Develop strategies to reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality.

Immediate Tasks for Week 1:

• Familiarize yourself with the company's mission, values, and team structure.
• Review and refine job descriptions for open software and AI engineering roles.
• Begin sourcing candidates for high-priority roles, ensuring a focus on quality and speed.
• Coordinate interviews for candidates in the pipeline and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Develop an initial recruitment plan to address short- and long-term hiring needs.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on software or AI engineering roles.
• Proven success recruiting for mid-to-senior-level engineering positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with top-tier talent and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software engineering and AI technologies to assess candidate qualifications.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with recruiting for AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, including salary benchmarks and market dynamics.

The HR Manager oversees and leads human resources programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with applicable laws. This role involves managing HR operations, onboarding staff, supporting team members and virtual assistants, processing contracts, improving retention strategies, and promoting a safe and engaging work environment.

TASKS:

• Oversee and optimize HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and independent contractor (IC) documentation.
• Design and implement onboarding processes, training programs, and orientation sessions.
• Develop and maintain HR-related reports and metrics to guide organizational decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional fluency in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
