We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Talent Administrator to join our busy team, to support initiatives around our global training strategy. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an efficient, accurate and high-quality day to day operational training service to our employees and timely and proactive administrative support to our Talent & HR colleagues. Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

• Support day to day training administration of all training events via our Learning Management System (MyCampus), scheduling events, issuing invites (and communications where required), tracking and confirming attendance ensuring always that data is accurate and up to date
• Manage the training administration process that supports the efficient running of CPD and other training activities across the Group
• Provide a front-line email and telephone service to the Group dealing with all training related queries, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Obtain the required data and complete the production of the quarterly training MI and activity
• Collaborating with suppliers to set up and manage external training events, including all correspondence with participants and facilitators.
• Support the global Embark induction programme, ensuring a tailored approach and a first-class experience for all new starters and their managers

As an HR Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing services and assistance specifically in the facilitating the on-boarding and off-boarding process, employee welfare and benefits administration, employee relations to deliver and attend to all employees and company’s needs and concerns.

You will:

• Manage inventory levels with proper records and accountability (ie. swag, pantry, storage room, medical supplies, etc)
• Be scrappy to find the best bargain to purchase supplies, equipment, furniture, etc, and be relentlessly resourceful in decorating the office and enhancing the workplace experience for special events
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including utilities, rental, office cleaning, catering, fire safety insurance, building management with landlord/office owner and security services

Purpose:

The Recruitment Specialist will help screen, identify, hire, and onboard candidates. He or she will take part in Recruitment Operations and work hand in hand with our Talent Acquisition Delivery and Marketing team in delivering the best talents. • Ensure payroll computation is accurate including the deductions for statutory contributions, statutory loans, company loans, and HMO, if applicable
• Ensure payroll is released on time
• Calculate final pay of resigned employee and ensure that it is released within the timeline prescribed by law
• Ensure compliance with local payroll, wage, and hours laws, and best practices
• Coordinate with payroll service provider on issues affecting company payroll
• Ensure payroll-related concerns, queries and issues are resolved and responded promptly

Benefits Administration

• Manage timely administration and delivery of the day-to-day Benefits functions both company initiated and statutory
• Prepare funding request to Finance Department
• Prepare and coordinate with government offices on payments and posting of statutory contributions and loans.
• Facilitate company loan application and endorse to Finance and Payroll Teams for processing.
• Liaise with government offices in the submission and completion of employee benefit availment request.
• Prepare computation of Maternity and Sickness benefit as needed.
• Ensure employee benefits-related concerns, queries and issues are resolved and responded promptly.

Vendor Management

• Monitor and track contracts agreement.
• Ensure timely payment of billings and tracking of credit memos if any.
