Purpose:
The Recruitment Specialist will help screen, identify, hire, and onboard candidates. He or she will take part in Recruitment Operations and work hand in hand with our Talent Acquisition Delivery and Marketing team in delivering the best talents. He or she will also coordinate with the hiring managers in identifying hiring needs and strategies. He or she will directly report to the Recruitment Supervisor and Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition.
Core Tasks:
·       Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the job descriptions.
·       Conduct thorough candidate prescreening interviews, computer-based assessments and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
·       Act as the single point of contact (Account POC) for designated candidates for all Recruitment concerns.
·       Understand Recruitment demands, skills and profiles within the area of responsibility and account handled.
·       Discuss with Manager and/or Immediate Superior challenges in recruitment and processing of candidates and recommend necessary action with enough lead time to process additional candidates.
·       Promote the company’s recruitment brand through active participation in job fairs, conferences, and other networking and marketing events.
·       Collect relevant personnel documentation, background check coordination, and other onboarding tasks.
·       Negotiate the compensation rate and packages.
·       Align employees around our mission through education and initiatives.
·       Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

- Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO Volume Hiring, including roles in recruiting, interviewing, account management, and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Availability to work on a night shift to accommodate US business hours
- Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
