Role Overview
As a Software Developer, you will be a key player in building enterprise-level full-stack applications. Your primary goal is to create functional and efficient applications that meet the needs of end-users or clients. You must stay updated on industry trends, adopt best practices, and contribute to the overall success of projects by delivering high-quality, scalable, and well-documented software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in the MERN stack to develop robust and scalable enterprise-level Full Stack applications.
- Design applications with the quality and sophistication suitable for sales to Fortune 500 companies.
- Handle multiple projects and demos simultaneously, demonstrating versatility and proficiency in varied software development scenarios.
- Ensure high code quality standards are met, incorporating best practices and industry standards in your development work.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
- Work independently on development projects, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to successful completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and demos, highlighting design, functionality, and code quality.
- Familiarity with AI Tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Honest and truthful with a commitment to ethical conduct.
