We are a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in delivering innovative IT and cyber solutions that drive efficiency, security, and compliance for our clients. With a focus on Microsoft Cloud technologies, we are seeking a Technical Lead to join our team.
The Pasig City office is the location for our Global Delivery Centre in Philippines and is a fast-paced environment hosting several company senior stakeholders and client facing delivery teams. The role of the Technical Lead is a pivotal role that will oversee technical projects, assist with new client deployments, and lead research and development to elevate our technical offerings.

You will need to possess a high level of customer service experience, always prioritizing client delivery over other activities, ensuring that our customers are able to deliver to clients using production tools and services. Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Serve as the technical lead for projects involving Microsoft 365 migrations, cloud implementations, and other IT initiatives.
- Oversee and execute migrations to Microsoft 365 from various sources, including Google Workspace, on-premises Exchange, and third-party platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in IT, evaluating their potential impact on operations.
- Assist with new client deployments, including onsite network infrastructure replacement and back-end Office365, Intune, Azure, and Google Workspace configurations.
- Establish, document, and implement technology processes and procedures.
- Provide prompt and cordial Email/Phone support, working with the help desk staff to resolve project tasks or tickets within SLA deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team on escalated tickets or recurring issues to identify and resolve root causes.
- Handle tasks and IT projects as directed by management.
- Provide research and development (R&D) expertise to identify, evaluate, and implement new tools, services, and technologies to enhance technical offerings.
- Work with ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and Control platforms to ensure efficient service delivery and support processes.
