As a member of our Technical Documentation Team, you will be responsible for creating professional technical documentation for a wide range of consumer goods, e.g. electronics, household appliances, gardening tools, sport equipment, toys, etc.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Creating instruction and assembly manuals for consumer goods in German in accordance with product standards and regulations
• Proofreading and reviewing technical documentation
• Preparing instruction manuals for the translation process
• Typesetting of foreign-language instruction manuals
• Communication with clients
• Close cooperation with colleagues from the fields of proofreading, graphics, and translation management
• Work in ad-hoc project support and other duties as assigned

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the implementation and management of Freshdesk within our subsidiaries and new departments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Freshdesk and the ability to integrate it with other software to enhance its functionality thanks to data analysis.

As the Freshdesk project manager, you will be responsible for proposing and implementing creative solutions to improve our customer support operations, as well as building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds and language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Freshdesk in new subsidiaries, departments or business units
• Integrate Freshdesk with other software to enhance its functionality
• Propose and implement creative solutions to improve customer support operations
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds and languages
• Constantly monitor and improve Freshdesk performance (day to day management)
• Provide training and support to end-users by responding to General Inquiries about Freshdesk
• Manage the platform, i.e.:
  • Setup Service level agreement / email investigation
  • Setting up automation rules
  • Adding/Removing Agents
  • Communicate progress and results to upper management and process leaders
  • Manage client inquiries and interactions through Freshdesk
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain the company's reputation
  • Represent the company in a professional manner in all client interactions

Mission 

Your main mission will be to contribute within the SaaS QIMAone team. QIMAone is a quality and compliance management platform designed to optimize control processes. It enables real-time collaboration with supply chain stakeholders, offering full transparency and actionable data to improve product quality and reduce operational inefficiencies.

• Design and implement automated test cases to ensure the quality of QIMAone’s platform features.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Management, Development, and UX/UI Design teams to understand functional and technical requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Write scripts to automate manual test cases and ensure stable and maintainable test environments.
• Analyze test results, diagnose issues, and provide quick and accurate solutions.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including development cycles, demos, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Propose and implement improvements to test processes and assist in the setup of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Maintain and update automated test frameworks and suites.
• Work proactively to identify test gaps and improve code coverage.
