About the Role:

In this exciting role, you'll be the right-hand person to our CEO, Aaron. You'll wear many hats, providing essential support across various functions, including operations, business development, sales, hiring, and marketing. Your key focus will be on freeing up Aaron's time to focus on strategic initiatives by handling a variety of administrative, logistical, and project management tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative Powerhouse:

• Manage client’s email inbox, including drafting responses, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a clutter-free system.
• Oversee back-office tasks, including bookkeeping (if possible) and expense management.
• Be a whiz at file organization and management, ensuring everything is easily accessible.
• Assist with tasks like travel arrangements and vendor selection.

Business Development & Sales Partner:

• Source and qualify leads using Upwork/Fiverr and B2B account-based marketing techniques.
• Prepare for conferences and client meetings by reaching out to contacts in advance.
• Support the sales team with CRM data management and call follow-up.
• Explore creative ways to build relationships and nurture leads in the pipeline.

Marketing Maven (Bonus Points):

• Assist with social media marketing and managing email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Zapier.
• Conduct SEO research and explore online advertising opportunities.

Hiring Rockstar:

• Manage the hiring process, including setting up inboxes and candidate screening.

Team Player:

About the role:

We are expanding our Admin Services team. Would you like to be a part of the growing team and contribute to performing activities on behalf of customers using LRN’s proprietary applications? We also work with customers’ program administrators, stakeholders, and internal customers closely. Our responsibilities include program administrator systems training, program administrator assistance, and responsibility for delivery of minor system configuration and content changes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide assistance to internal and external customers on all aspects of LRN’s proprietary applications (functions include: campaign set up, system generated e-mails, system reporting, user data management, and customization) Please note these all are billable activities.
• Using defined systems and processes, keep both internal and external stakeholders updated as to the status of call tickets, requests, projects and changes.
• Update necessary tracking and reporting systems to ensure that group statistics can be tracked, managed and measured. Manage expectations of internal and external customers, ensuring capabilities are not exceeded to the detriment of the customer. Escalate issues related to capabilities where appropriate.
• Prioritize requests based on need and impact. Work with internal stakeholders to address priorities.
• Prepare/document and present (in written and verbal forms) product information that will assist customers with the capabilities of LRN's systems.
• Maintain quality levels for all work related to customers’ requests.
• Ensure there is an ongoing dialog between LRN and each customer with whom the Partner Assistance Center team member is working.
• Perform content using our inhouse tool.
• Providing assistance/training to customer point of contracts on LRN’s proprietary tools as well as providing solutions for an enhanced in-depth experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-6 years of L2/L3 level experience in a customer facing role in an application support environment. We value ability and experience to independently manage operational relationship with enterprise Partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English. This position requires above par skills to write and speak in English.
• JLPT- N3 or above
• Extensive experience in supporting enterprise customers based in US, Europe & APAC.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain/update data in HubSpot.
• Maintain/update database in Airtable.
• Daily project management (calls with providers and clients) and updates in Asana.
• Tracking scorecards and measurables for reporting.
• Managing calendar and scheduling.
• Documenting processes and procedures (AORs and SOPs).
• Create and document SOPs in the Handbook.
