• Manage relationship with 3PP partners, including but not limited to (Affiliate 3PPs) to develop and elevate Estee Lauder brands on these platforms. • Drive 3PP business to achieve sales and brand goals. • Work closely with Online Manager on the analysis of potential 3PP partners, in conjunction with Brand teams, to determine opportunity and suitability for ELC / Brands. • Support the bi-annual / quarterly JBP meetings with 3PP partners, in close partnership with Brand Teams and Corporate Marketing. • Work in partnership with Brand teams to develop each 3PP brand launch, merchandising, programming and promotional strategy / activities, as aligned to the product strategy and marketing calendar to drive business growth. • Aligned to Brand objectives, partner with 3PP and Brand teams to co-create marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets on 3PP sites. • Drive online marketing strategy to maximize online sales across 3PP sites, working in partnership with 3PP partners and Brand teams to increase brand awareness online. • Meet with 3PP partners on a regular basis to review strategies, opportunities and issues, in conjunction with the Brand team. • Work in conjunction with the Brand GMs and Online Manager to implement new projects and new initiatives, including new programs / content to growth 3PP businesses and drive customer acquisition and retention. • Partner with 3PP to conduct periodic analysis of sales, site performance and marketing programs, as well as ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, user growth and behavior, external marketing programs such as search, and content and email marketing programs (segmentation) and performance to maximize sales. • Present 3PP best practice sharing information at Brand meetings as requested. Qualifications • University/College Degree in Business, Marketing or related field • At least 3 years Digital Marketing & eCommerce experience in the luxury goods, FMCG or consumer product sector • Good English and Filipino Advantageous – Other South-east Asian languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese etc.) • Good grasp of the e-commerce environment, in particular 3PP environment and consumers • Strong analytical, communication, influencing and negotiation skills; Solution-oriented, passionate and proactive attitude • Understanding of web technologies involved in e-commerce and online marketing • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniority; skilled at influencing opinion to accomplish business goals and objectives while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships • Embraces change and adapts to new Company initiatives/directions with flexibility; switches between a retailer[1]specific view of the business and a more generic analysis of the business as a whole • Decisive, can make sound decisions in the face of pressure; Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative • Detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization - Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity Job: Online / E-Commerce Primary Location: Asia Pacific-PH-00-Makati Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 241541
