What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 3+ years of experience in data analytics
• 3+ years advanced SQL techniques
• 2+ years experience in data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift or Snowflake)
• 2+ years experience in Python or a similar language
• 1+ years experience in data modeling tools such as DBT

Nice to Have:

• Experience working for US clients

What will you do?

• Help to develop the data analytics pipelines that aggregate data from over ten million companies around the world and feeds into an AI driven platform
• Design and implement data structures capable of modelling data from many sources and store it in such a way that our various engineering groups can properly ingest the data
• Help develop analytics that will be embedded directly in the platform
• Handle the challenges that come with reporting on terabytes of data
• Help with the automation of systems as well as monitoring

• Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate.

What will you do?

• Become a loyalty program expert. You'll research industry best practices, analyse customer behaviour, and reward usage, and evaluate program effectiveness. Your work will help us refine our programs and make them even more rewarding for our customers.
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and gather information for analysing and presenting loyalty programs.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing loyalty program strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure all presentations and reports are accurate, timely, and align with company branding and standards.
