Job Summary:

The Head of Business Excellence is responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization by overseeing governance, process compliance, service reviews, and audits. This role ensures that all functions, including product development, project implementation, maintenance support, and back-office operations, adhere to high standards of process efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
