Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of at least 2 years as Technical Relationship Manager or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a technical role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft platforms, MacOS, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in network and internet infrastructure, with familiarity in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista.
• Exceptional skills in writing sales proposals, contract renewals, and pricing.
• Ability to work closely with technical engineers and other team members.
• Experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on maintaining and growing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be amenable for a contract position (1 year contract, subject for renewal/continuous contract).

What will you do?

• Apply expertise in Client Relationship Management and Sales in maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring the continuity and growth of the business.

• Provide technical guidance and support on Microsoft platforms (Windows desktop, Office 365), MacOS, and cybersecurity concepts including XDR, backups, BCP, etc.

• Have a fundamental understanding of Network and Internet infrastructure, with experience in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista being desirable.

The primary responsibility of the Senior IT Auditor is to lead and execute ASG projects focusing on IT, information security, and privacy risks.

Job Duties: 

• Participate in planning, scoping and execution of risk-based IT and security assurance and advisory projects, including SOX 404 in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and ASG standards.
