Clients have been requesting solutions that provide full transparency on their portfolios which include fundamentally private equity funds as well as equities & bonds, investors need to know the finer details of their total portfolios and they are required to “drill down” into their underlying assets and sub-portfolios. Technology and data solutions are becoming more important to deliver these services.

Job Summary

• Periodic preparation and delivery of pre-agreed reporting for various clients’ portfolios
• ETL – Extract data from PDF documents, web forms, and Excel templates; Transform into applicable format; and Load into relevant data repository
• Provision of initial observations to clients
• Data report provision and review to third parties as per client requirements
• Provision of ad-hoc analysis or reports
• Handle resolution of queries and communication with clients and third parties
• Assist in the implementation of change requests including project work in new client onboardings
• Design and review reporting output and deliverables to meet client requirements and new business objectives

Participate in Design and Architecture sessions with key business SMEs and Architects.

Job Description – Data Migration Lead

SR DM Lead (Specialist, JL3S)

Alight Service Readiness (SR) provides Payroll Services to our clients. During project implementation phase Data Migration plays an important role setting up these services.

The Data Migration Lead is responsible to execute Data Migration for a payroll country, monitored by a Data Migration Senior Lead. During preparation phase the DM Lead provides DM templates and conducts workshops with the client, during testing reviews the data delivered by the client (data quality assessment), loads it, updates the load tracker to monitor errors, and proposes solutions how to solve it, reconciles the data, and provides validation reports. Steps and processes are defined in the Local DM Plan, which is adjusted for each country by the DM Lead.

The Data Migration (DM) team consists of different levels; a (Senior) DM Workstream Lead is accountable for big programs, global strategy and planning, the DM Lead is responsible for the execution, and the DM Support assists with the high volumes; where required we have Data Scientists providing additional services.

DM Lead is an intermediate level in SR Data Migration. Usually, after 3-6 months experience in a DM Support role, DM Lead is expected to start taking customer facing activities, workshops, data mapping sessions and other meetings with the client, which are starting, conducting, and closing all activities in a country implementation effectively and successfully, meeting the KPIs and the Quality Threshold.

Responsibilities

• Support the DM Senior Lead and Data Scientist.
• Provide DM templates following Alight’s global and local standards.
• Review data files provided by the client on data quality before the loading.
• Load data to the testing and production environment and update the load tracker with the results; report to the DM Senior Lead, propose a solution, monitor until everything is reconciled and loaded successfully.
• Provide validation reports and assist with the client’s data validation until sign-off.
• Share experience and suggest improvements on data migration templates and loading etc.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree, Preferably in Computer Science or MBA from a reputed college.
• 2 to 3 years' experience in Data Migration projects.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Is a team player.
• Can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Has knowledge of Human Resources, TIME, and Payroll concepts, and of the related Data Migration processes.
• Has functional knowledge of HRIS technology, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, Peoplesoft, and Payroll (SAP PY, PT, FIORI).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, MS Access, or similar tools.
• Has a passport and is willing to travel for business purposes.
• High level of English is required.

As a member of Network Operations L1 Support team, the Network Operations Lead has the primary responsibility for monitoring the Corporate Visa Networks and providing first level response to assist in the mitigation or elimination of issues affecting network connectivity and impacting our clients or the Visa brand. The preferred candidate will need to possess strong technical and analytical abilities, to effectively monitor and support network connectivity on critical systems, resolve a high number of reported issues without need for escalation or assistance. Should possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and often act as the first point of contact with Visa customers. 

Essential Functions

• Track, update and resolve all assigned incidents, changes, and problem tickets via the Ask Now management system, ensuring that documentation is thorough, accurate and meets a standard of high quality.

• Proactively monitor, recognize, analyze, isolate and resolve documented hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques.

• Properly escalate incidents in a timely manner per support guidelines and procedures.

• Liaise with L2 support groups and development groups to collaborate on the resolution of incidents and problems.

• Follow documented support procedures, managing each issue through resolution or turnover to maintain established service levels.

• Act as the support advocacy for Visa clients, who are comprised of consumers, businesses, financial institutions, internal groups, and governments worldwide.

• Gather pertinent information and work with our clients to isolate and resolve most events without need for assistance.

• Develop, edit, and distribute effective internal and external communications in a timely and accurate manner, per documented processes.
